Who the wallPen E2 is for
The E2 makes sense for operators who want a vertical wall printer they can set up on site and trust on real commercial work. If you're comparing it against TWP, HAE, or a lower cost Chinese printer, the right choice depends on your budget, the walls you plan to print on, and how much support you want behind you.

Setup is the real job
No printer saves you from a bad setup. On the E2, I plan for at least an hour and a half of setup, and up to three hours on big projects: leveling, cleaning the wall, and mapping every ridge and paint glob. That time is what makes the print look clean.

For parts, go straight to the wallPen service team or their online shop instead of hunting around the web. It's faster and you get the right part the first time.
The bottom line
